Annual Dues/Renewal fees

Membership dues are annual. Our system tracks the date of origin of your membership and notifies you prior to your expiration date. You may renew at that time for $100 Dollars off the membership pricing when you joined. We also notify our members of any promotions we may run for special renewal pricing and terms.

Example: You join as a Platinum member today at our promotional price. Your yearly renewal would be $100 off our current pricing. Platinum $299 minus $100 would place your renewal at $199; this renewal would be set there as long as you are a member, even if our regular pricing has increased.

Gold and Platinum Members

Gold and Platinum Members may reduce their membership fees even further if they are OracleWebWorks clients who keep their hosting fees current. For OracleWebWorks Clients, your HomesWEB Membership renewal is contained in that agreement.

Referrals and Fees

We at HomesWEB offer consumers who visit our site the services of referring them to an Agent. We try to place these with a member within a small distance from the subject property. This is also why our referral fee to Real Estate Agents are the lowest we have seen in the industry. These fees only represent the administration costs of matching, assigning and tracking, and payment. Referral leads that come in from the consumer pages are assigned according to membership status, location of property, professional designation (When requested by applicant) and a rotation system in the most populated areas. Consumers may request to be contacted by more then one Real Estate Agent at their request.

Non- members 20%
Silver Members 15%
Gold Members 10%
Platinum Members 10%

Real Estate Agent's accepting leads must agree to sign and to have responsible Broker sign our referral agreement. Our agreement is sent either by e-mail or fax and must be signed by Agent and/or Agents responsible Broker. Once we receive this agreement signed, we then forward the consumer information provided in to us. There are other terms which describe method of payment as well as our California State License number for your accounting, Brokerage files and/or legal department.
