Q: I forgot my passwordA: You can reset your password by entering your email address into the Reset Password form on every Login page. A new, randomly generated, password will be sent to the email address you provided as long as the email address you enter matches the email address you submited when you registered.
Q: My contact information has changed, how do I update it?A: Log in with your current username and password and then select “EDIT PROFILE”. From this page you can re-enter your name, phone number, email address, and website information. After you are finished click “SUBMIT”, this will update the information that was just entered.
Q: What do I do If I do not understand certain terminology or lingo?A: Under the HomesWeb links section, click on “Real Estate glossary”. This glossary is a virtual dictionary of real estate related terms.
Q: Why can't I log in?A: Have you registered? Seriously, you must register in order to log in. Have you been banned from the site? (A message will be displayed if you have.) If so, you should contact the webmaster to find out why. If you have registered and are not banned and you still cannot log in then check and double-check your username and password. Do you have the box next to the terms and conditions checked? These are the most common problems that would prevent access to the site, if you are still having problems, contact the site administrators -- we can help you.
Q: Why do I need to register at all?A: You may not have to -- it is up to you as to what you want to do with HomesWEB. There are plenty of free and public resources available for anyone and everyone to enjoy. However, registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as total access to our article database, link directory, the ability to post your profile in the HomesWEB Agent Directory, etc. It only takes a few minutes to register so it is recommended you do so.
